The Best App for Booking Hotels and Flights
In the world of travel, every traveller looks for comfortable hotels at reasonable prices without giving up quality or safety. And with online booking sites everywhere, travellers face real challenges and worries before pressing the "book" button. From misleading hotel photos and hidden fees to strict cancellation policies, the booking experience can turn unpleasant if you do not choose a trusted platform.
Find a hotel→This is where the Tjwaal app comes in, offering a safe, dependable hotel booking experience with the ability to compare hotels, genuine reviews, and exclusive offers for travellers inside the Kingdom and beyond.
Travellers' common worries when booking hotels online
1. The difference between the photos and reality
Travellers often worry that the hotel photos on the site differ from reality, whether in terms of:
- Room cleanliness.
- Room size and the services available.
- The standard of comfort and hotel service.
Tjwaal lets you see genuine photos from visitors, with recent reviews to ensure that what you see is what you actually get.
2. An unsuitable location
Some hotels are far from the city centre or from public transport, which pushes up the cost of getting around and reduces the enjoyment of the trip.
Through Tjwaal you can check the hotel's position on Google Maps and see how close it is to important facilities and services before booking.
3. Hidden fees and price increases
Undeclared fees, such as taxes or service charges, may be added at payment or at check-in.
On Tjwaal, final prices are shown clearly with no surprises.
4. Inflexible cancellation policies
Many sites make cancelling difficult or expensive, especially when plans change suddenly.
Tjwaal offers bookings that can be cancelled free of charge, to avoid any financial loss.
5. Safety and quality of service
Worries about poor cleanliness, weak security or service below expectations are common among travellers.
All hotels on Tjwaal are held to strict quality standards, and genuine visitor reviews are displayed to guarantee an excellent experience.

Some sites contain fake or exaggerated reviews.
Tjwaal focuses on recent reviews (the last 6 months) with photos from actual visitors, to guarantee the information is credible.
