Our Services

Unauthorized use is considered a criminal offense. Users are responsible for all persons associated with bookings made on their behalf. Tjwaal reserves the right to cancel suspicious or duplicate bookings without liability.
Booking Terms
Users must provide accurate information in all required fields (names, number of guests, ages, check-in and check-out dates). Tjwaal reserves the right to cancel or reject any booking with incorrect pricing. Cancellation fees apply for refundable bookings cancelled within the allowed refund period. Users must comply with all terms and conditions imposed by the hotel or accommodation provider.
Payments
Tjwaal accepts the following payment methods: Mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay from countries worldwide. Tjwaal is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of credit cards and their associated information.
Cancellation & Refunds
Minors are not permitted to travel without an adult aged 18 or older. Ensure travel documents are valid (passport, entry visas, travel permits). Tjwaal is not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations to flight schedules by the carrier. Users must comply with all airline policies and terms, the Warsaw Convention of 1929, the Montreal Convention of 1999, and Saudi Civil Aviation Authority policies.
Limitation of Liability
By using Tjwaal or any associated service, you agree not to claim any compensation, whether material, moral, or otherwise. Tjwaal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, prior, or subsequent damages.
